Additional Conditions. Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent. From and after the date of this Agreement until the earlier of the Closing Date or the termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, YourSpace will use its commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy or cause to be satisfied all the conditions precedent that are set forth in Article VIII, and YourSpace will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the transactions contemplated by this Agreement to be consummated.
