The following additional conditions precedent apply in relation to any Drawing:

Conditions Precedent to this Agreement. The effectiveness of this Agreement and the obligation of the Lenders to continue to make the Facility (or any portion thereof) available to the Borrowers under this Agreement shall be expressly subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3 of the Seventh Amendment.
