The following work shall be performed to the base building air conditioning equipment serving the Entire 3rd Floor Space (which work shall be performed utilizing a contractor selected by Landlord provided that the use of such contractor shall not void any warranty associated with such equipment); provided that distribution within the Premises shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense:

ADA Compliant Ramps. Seller shall be responsible for installation of any and all required ADA sidewalk ramps for sidewalks installed by Seller. Said ramps shall meet all the ADA Guidelines, Code and Specifications for such ramps.

ADA Compliance. Each of the Properties is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (which statute generally prohibits disability discrimination);

ADA: the Americans with Disabilities Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, as the same may be amended from time to time.

"Non-Compliant Member" has the meaning ascribed to it in [Article 19.4(1)].

“Non-Compliant Assets” has the meaning set forth in the definition of Permitted Acquisition.

Continue to encourage suppliers to source only from smelters and refiners that are compliant or active.

Laws: all present and future laws (including, without limitation, Environmental Laws (as defined above), the ADA, ordinances (including without limitation, zoning ordinances and land use requirements), regulations and orders (including, without limitation, those made by any public or private agency having authority over insurance rates), requirements, statutes, codes, by-laws and court decisions of the jurisdictions in which the Property is located or the federal government.

and where such conduct or breach is capable of being remedied, such Non-Compliant Member has failed to remedy such conduct or breach to the Notifying Member's satisfaction (acting reasonably) within sixty (60) days of receiving such written notice;
