Nothing contained in the Plan shall be construed to prevent the Company from taking or not taking any corporate action, whether or not such action could have an adverse effect on any Awards made under the Plan. No Participant, beneficiary or other person shall have any claim against the Company, Alcoa Inc., or any Subsidiary as a result of any such action.
