Acknowledgments/Time to Consider. Executive acknowledges and agrees that # Executive has read and understands the terms of this General Release Agreement; # Executive has been advised in writing to consult with an attorney before executing this General Release Agreement; # Executive has obtained and considered such legal counsel as Executive deems necessary; # Executive has been given twenty-one (21) days to consider whether or not to enter into this General Release Agreement (although Executive may elect not to use the full 21‑day period at Executive’s option); and # by signing this General Release Agreement, Executive acknowledges that Executive does so freely, knowingly, and voluntarily.

Executive acknowledges that Executive has [twenty-one (21)][forty-five (45)] days to consider this Release Agreement (but may sign it at any time beforehand if Executive so desires), and that Executive is advised to consult an attorney in doing so. Executive hereby acknowledges that Executive understands the significance of this Release Agreement, and represents that the terms of this Release Agreement are fully understood and voluntarily accepted by Executive. Executive also acknowledges that Executive can revoke this Release Agreement within seven (7) days of signing it by sending a letter to that effect at the following address:

acknowledges and agrees Executive has been, and hereby is, advised by Company to consult with an attorney prior to executing this Release. Executive further acknowledges and agrees that Company has offered Executive the opportunity, before executing this Release, to consider this Release for a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days; and that the consideration he receives for this Release is in addition to amounts to which he was already entitled. It is further understood that this Release is not effective until seven (7) calendar days after the execution of this Release and that Executive may revoke this Release within seven (7) calendar days from the date of execution hereof.

Executive acknowledges that this Release was presented to him or her on the date indicated above and that Executive is entitled to have twenty-one (21) days’ time in which to consider it. Executive further acknowledges that the Company has advised him or her that he or she is waiving his or her rights under the ADEA, and that Executive should consult with an attorney of his or her choice before signing this Release, and Executive has had sufficient time to consider the terms of this Release. Executive represents and acknowledges that if Executive executes this Release before twenty-one (21) days have elapsed, Executive does so knowingly, voluntarily, and upon the advice and with the approval of Executive’s legal counsel (if any), and that Executive voluntarily waives any remaining consideration period.
