Borrowers and Guarantors hereby acknowledge, confirm and agree that Administrative Agent has and shall continue to have a security interest in and lien upon the Collateral heretofore granted to Administrative Agent in connection with the Existing Credit Agreements and the Existing [[Nash-Finch:Organization]] Security Agreement by each Borrower and Guarantor which is a party thereto.

The liens and security interests of Administrative Agent in the Collateral granted by each Borrower and Guarantor pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreements and the Existing [[Nash-Finch:Organization]] Security Agreement shall be deemed to be continuously granted and perfected from the earliest date of the granting and perfection of such liens and security interests under or in connection with the Existing Credit Agreements and the Existing [[Nash-Finch:Organization]] Security Agreement.

Acknowledgment of Security Interests. Each Loan Party hereby acknowledges, confirms and agrees that Administrative Agent has, and will continue to have, valid, enforceable and perfected first-priority continuing liens upon and security interests in the Collateral heretofore granted to Administrative Agent, for the benefit of Administrative Agent and ​, pursuant to the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents or otherwise granted to or held by Administrative Agent, for the benefit of Administrative Agent and ​.
