Defined Terms. Terms which are capitalized are defined herein or in the Plan and have the same meaning set forth in the Plan, unless the context indicates otherwise.

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Indenture.

Payment Terms. All sums due under this Agreement shall be payable in United States dollars by bank wire transfer in immediately available funds from a bank account ​ CERTAIN INFORMATION IN THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITH RESPECT TO THE OMITTED PORTIONS.

Defined Terms. For purposes of this [Section 2.11], the term “Legal Requirements” includes FATCA.

Any such determination shall be binding and conclusive upon Grantee and any person or persons claiming through Grantee as to any rights hereunder.

Defined Terms. For purposes of this Section 2.17, the term “Lender” includes each Issuing Bank and the term “applicable law” includes FATCA.
