Terms. All capitalized terms when used herein shall have the same respective meanings as are given such terms in the Lease unless expressly provided otherwise in this Amendment.

Capitalized Terms. All capitalized terms when used herein shall have the same meaning as is given such terms in the Lease unless expressly superseded by the terms of this Amendment.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms as used herein shall have the same meanings as given thereto in the Lease.

Unless specifically defined herein, all capitalized terms used in this Second Addendum shall have the same meaning as the capitalized terms in the Lease.

Unless specifically defined herein, all capitalized terms used in this First Addendum shall have the same meaning as the capitalized terms in the Lease.

Capitalized Terms. Unless otherwise stated herein, all capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings specified in the Lease, subject, in some cases to modification as provided herein.

Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings given them in the Lease.

Defined Terms. Except as explicitly set forth in this First Amendment, each initially capitalized term when used herein shall have the same respective meaning as is set forth in the Lease.

All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Lease.
