Vacation. Employee shall receive four (4) weeks of paid vacation annually, administered in accordance with the Company’s existing vacation policy. Any existing accrued, unused vacation shall be paid to Employee at the time of employment termination, no matter the reason for such termination. Vacation time actually accrued by the Employee shall be prorated by the time actually employed by the Company.

Vacation. Employee shall be entitled to receive two weeks’ vacation time during each year of employment upon dates agreed upon by Employer. Upon separation of employment, for any reason, vacation time accrued and not used shall be paid at the salary rate of Employee in effect at the time of employment separation.

During each full calendar year of employment, Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation time in accordance with Company policy applicable to similarly situated employees. Vacation time may be taken at such times as are appropriate to the business needs of the Company. Any accrued but unused vacation time remaining at the end of a calendar year shall be forfeited and the Company shall not be obligated to pay Employee any additional compensation for unused vacation time.

Vacation. You will be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, which may be taken at such times as you elect with due regard to the needs of the Company.

Vacation. During each twelve (12) month period during which the Executive is employed by the Company, the Executive shall be entitled to six (6) weeks of paid vacation. Should Employee have any earned but unused vacation time at the expiration of such twelve (12) month period in which it was earned, he shall be entitled to carry a maximum of six (6) weeks (or such lesser amount as was earned and is unused) into the next calendar year. Upon termination, the value of earned but unused vacation will be paid immediately by Company in accordance with the severance provisions in Section 10.

Paid Vacation; Sick Time; Personal Days; and Holidays. Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation time off per calendar year (pro-rated according to the Company’s standard policies and procedures related to accrual of paid vacation time off), to be taken at such times and for such periods as shall not interfere with the duties required to be rendered by Employee hereunder. Employee shall also accrue a total of seven (7) paid sick days and two (2) paid personal days per calendar year in accordance with current Company policy, which may be revised from time. In addition to the foregoing, Employee shall be entitled to paid holidays in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Employee shall not be paid for accrued but unused vacation paid time off, paid sick time, or paid personal days upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason, unless otherwise required by law.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation during each year of his full time employment hereunder, such vacation to be taken at such time or times as shall be agreed upon by Executive and the Company. Vacation time shall be cumulative from year to year, except that Executive shall not be entitled to take more than six weeks vacation during any consecutive 12-month period during the Term. Accrued but unused vacation time shall be paid in cash on the Termination Date, except that in the event of a Termination pursuant to Section 12, the amount of accrued vacation time to be paid on the Termination Date shall be limited to six weeks and in the event of a Termination pursuant to Section 13, the amount of vacation time to be paid on the Termination Date shall be limited to four weeks.
