Accrued Wages and Vacation, Expenses. Without regard to the reason for, or the timing of, Employee’s termination of employment: # the Company shall pay the Employee any unpaid base salary due for periods prior to the Termination Date; # the Company shall pay the Employee all of the Employee’s accrued and unused vacation through the Termination Date; and # following submission of proper expense reports by the Employee, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Employee in connection with the business of the Company prior to the Termination Date. With respect to parts [(i) and (ii) of this Section 4(c)], payments shall be made as soon as practicable, but no later than March 15th of the calendar year following Employee’s termination of employment. Reimbursements made pursuant to part # of this Section 4(c) shall be made as soon as practicable, but no later than December 31st of the year following the calendar year in which such expense was incurred.

These payments will be made promptly upon the Termination Date and within the period of time mandated by law, subject to provisions set forth herein.
Wages. On Employee’s last day of employment, Employee received all earned wages.

Accrued Salary and Vacation. On the Termination Date, will pay Smathers all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard deductions and withholdings. Smathers is entitled to such a payment upon the cessation of his employment, regardless of whether or not he signs this Agreement.
Accrued Compensation. The Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid vacation, expense reimbursements, wages, and other benefits due to Executive under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements.
· You will receive on the Separation Date payment for your final wages and any unused vacation time accrued through the Separation Date.
Payment of Wages, Accrued Unused PTO, and Business Expenses. Effective December 31, 2023, you will receive payment of wages through December 31, 2023, plus paid time off (“PTO”) accrued but unused through the Separation Date. You may submit any business expenses incurred by you in accordance with the Company’s normal travel and expense policies no later than January 31, 2024, and the Company will promptly reimburse you for all documented and approved expenses. All items in this [Section 1] will be paid to you regardless of whether you elect to sign this Agreement.
Except for the consideration set forth in Section 3 and Section 4 hereof, Employee acknowledges and agrees that he has already received all wages, bonuses and other monies due him from Company, and specifically acknowledges and agrees that, he is not entitled to any unpaid wages, commissions, bonuses, unreimbursed business expenses, accrued vacation pay, sick pay, compensatory time off, personal time off and/or other similar benefits or compensation of any kind.
Vacation. Paid time off is 10 working days year one and 20 working days a year thereafter.
Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy.
Vacation. For and during each calendar year within the Employment Term, Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation plus recognized Company holidays in accordance with the Company’s policies.
Vacation. Employee shall receive four (4) weeks of paid vacation annually, administered in accordance with the Company’s existing vacation policy. Any existing accrued, unused vacation shall be paid to Employee at the time of employment termination, no matter the reason for such termination. Vacation time actually accrued by the Employee shall be prorated by the time actually employed by the Company.
Vacation. Employee shall be entitled to personal time, to be used for sick and vacation time, earned based on hours worked, to a maximum of two weeks per year. Generally, Employees are not permitted to use personal time in excess of time earned. The Company desires Employee to use Employee's full vacation entitlement. Employee shall take no more than two continuous weeks of vacation at any time. Additionally, other than for sickness, accident, or military leave or duty or as otherwise required by law, Employee may take no personal leaves of absence, with or without compensation, without the express consent and approval of the Company. Vacation time not used in any calendar year may be carried forward, provided, however, that, once Employee has accrued a number of vacation days equal to four weeks, Employee shall not be eligible to accrue additional days of vacation until he has taken one or more days of vacation..
Vacation. You will be entitled to paid vacation of not less than four (4) weeks per year in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy in effect from time to time. Your vacation will be planned consistent with your duties and obligations as Chief Executive Officer.
Vacation. You will be eligible to receive up to four weeks of paid vacation per year to be taken in accordance with Company policy at that time, which shall be prorated during you first year of service based on your start date.
Consent to Offset. Candidate agrees that any repayment due GMPW under this Agreement may be deducted to the extent permitted by law from any amounts due Candidate from GMPW at the time of employment termination, including wages, accrued vacation pay, incentive compensation payments, bonuses and commissions, and hereby expressly authorizes such deduction(s).
You acknowledge and represent that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, [[Organization A:Organization]] has paid or provided, and/or you are not otherwise owed, any and all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation/paid time off, premiums, leaves, any notice of termination under the Employment Agreement, housing allowances, relocation costs, interest, severance, outplacement costs, fees, reimbursable expenses, commissions, stock, stock options, vesting, and any and all other benefits and compensation due to you. You specifically represent that you are not due to receive any commissions or other incentive compensation from [[Organization A:Organization]].
In the event that an Executives employment with the Company is terminated by reason of a Change of Control Termination at any time, the Executive shall be entitled to, in lieu of any other severance compensation and benefits whatsoever, the following payments and benefits (subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy), in addition to payment of any accrued and unpaid wages, and accrued and unused vacation, in accordance with applicable law:
