Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation during each year of his full time employment hereunder, such vacation to be taken at such time or times as shall be agreed upon by Executive and the Company. Vacation time shall be cumulative from year to year, except that Executive shall not be entitled to take more than six weeks vacation during any consecutive 12-month period during the Term. Accrued but unused vacation time shall be paid in cash on the Termination Date, except that in the event of a Termination pursuant to Section 12, the amount of accrued vacation time to be paid on the Termination Date shall be limited to six weeks and in the event of a Termination pursuant to Section 13, the amount of vacation time to be paid on the Termination Date shall be limited to four weeks.

Vacation. During each twelve (12) month period during which the Executive is employed by the Company, the Executive shall be entitled to six (6) weeks of paid vacation. Should Employee have any earned but unused vacation time at the expiration of such twelve (12) month period in which it was earned, he shall be entitled to carry a maximum of six (6) weeks (or such lesser amount as was earned and is unused) into the next calendar year. Upon termination, the value of earned but unused vacation will be paid immediately by Company in accordance with the severance provisions in Section 10.

The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation days (in addition to the usual national and Company holidays) during each contract year during which he serves hereunder. Such vacation shall be taken at such time or times as will be mutually agreed between the Executive and the Company. A maximum of up to 48 hours of vacation not taken during a calendar year may be carried forward. Subject to the foregoing, upon the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, he shall be paid for all unused vacation days accrued through the date of termination.

Vacation: During each year of the term of the Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of vacation annually, which, if unused, will accrue daily and shall be paid to Executive (based upon the per-day amount of the Base Salary for the calendar year in which such vacation is accrued and pro-rated through the date of such termination) upon Executives termination or the expiration of the Term of Employment.

Vacation. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to accrue, on a monthly basis, eighteen (18) paid vacation days per year, provided that Executive's total accrued vacation shall not exceed thirty (30) days. Should Executive's accrued vacation time reach thirty days, Executive will cease to accrue vacation until Executive's accrued vacation time falls below that level. Vacation shall be taken at such times as are mutually convenient to the Executive and the Company, and no more than ten (10) consecutive days shall be taken at any one time without Company approval in advance.

Vacation. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to accrue, on a pro rata basis, twenty (20) paid vacation days per year. Vacations. During the Term and beginning on the Effective Date, the Executive shall be entitled to accrue up to five (5) weeks paid vacation for each full calendar year of employment, which shall be accrued ratably. Any accrued but unused vacation time shall carryover to the subsequent year with a maximum of 240 hours accrued. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its executives.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to accrue up to five (5) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year. Vacation time will accrue in accordance with the usual vacation policies in effect at from time to time, provided that notwithstanding anything in any Company policy to the contrary, Executive shall not be permitted to carry over any accrued but unused vacation time from one calendar year to the next; any accrued but unused vacation time at the end of a calendar year shall be forfeited.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation each calendar year during the Term and any Renewal Term, to be taken at such times as the Executive and the Company shall mutually determine and provided that no vacation time shall interfere with the duties required to be rendered by the Executive hereunder. Any vacation time not taken by Executive during any calendar year may be carried forward into any succeeding calendar year pursuant to the Company's vacation policy.

Vacation. Executive will be entitled to paid vacation for each calendar year during Executive's employment in accordance with the Company's established vacation pay policies; provided, however, that vacation will only be taken at such times as not to interfere with the necessary performance of Executive's duties and obligations under this Agreement.
