Separation and Accrued Vacation. Your employment with the Company shall separate effective August 1, 2018 (the “Separation Date”). You acknowledge that from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority to represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company, and you agree not to represent yourself in the future as an employee or agent of the Company.

Accrued Salary and Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to a lump sum payment in an amount equal to the Executive’s earned but unpaid annual base salary and vacation pay for the period ending on the Date of Termination, with such payment to be made on the first payroll date following the Date of Termination.

Accrued Salary and Vacation. Executive understands that, on the last date of Executive’s employment with the Company, the Company will pay Executive any accrued salary and accrued and unused vacation to which Executive is entitled by law, regardless of whether Executive signs this Release.

ACCRUED VACATION. The Executive will receive payment for accrued but unused vacation, which payment will be equitably prorated based on the period of active employment for that portion of the fiscal year in which the Executive's termination of employment becomes effective. Payment for accrued but unused vacation will be paid in one lump sum within 30 days following the date of the Executive’s Termination of Employment.

Accrued Vacation. In exchange for the consideration provided by Company herein, Executive hereby waives any right to receive payment for any accrued but unused vacation upon termination of employment.

Accrued Salary And Vacation. On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and accrued but unused vacation, if any, earned through the last day of your employment, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings.

Accrued Salary and Vacation. Executive understands that, on the last date of Executive’s employment with the Company, the Company will pay Executive any accrued salary and accrued and unused vacation to which Executive is entitled by law, regardless of whether Executive signs this Release.

On the Separation Date the Company will pay Ketkar all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to all required payroll deductions and withholdings. Ketkar is entitled to these payments regardless of whether or not he signs this Agreement.
