Termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to any rights and obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement which have vested, matured or accrued prior to such termination.
Any termination of this Agreement will be without prejudice to the rights, and without relief of obligations, of either party accruing prior to such termination or in respect of any sums or other claims outstanding at the time of termination.
The termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights that shall have accrued to any Party prior to such termination.
