Accrued Obligations. Not later than ten (10) days after termination of Employee’s employment, the Company shall pay Employee: # his accrued and unpaid base salary at the rate in effect at the time of notice of termination; # any previous year’s earned but unpaid bonus and other earned and unpaid incentive cash compensation; and # accrued and unused vacation time, unpaid expense reimbursements, and other unpaid cash entitlements earned by Employee as of the date of termination pursuant to the terms of the applicable Company plan or program.

The Company shall pay Employee the following (collectively, the "Accrued Obligations"): # within five (5) business days after the Date of Termination, any earned but unpaid Annual Base Salary; # within a reasonable time following submission of all applicable documentation, any expense reimbursement payments owed to Employee for expenses incurred prior [[Organization A:Organization]] Date of Termination; and # no later than March 15th of the year in which the Date of Termination occurs, any earned but unpaid Annual Bonus payments relating [[Organization A:Organization]] calendar year prior [[Organization A:Organization]] year in which the Date of Termination occurs;

Miscellaneous. Upon the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason, # the Company shall pay the Employee any unpaid base salary due for periods prior to the Termination Date; # the Company shall pay the Employee all of the Employee’s accrued and unused paid time off through the Termination Date; and # following submission of proper expense reports by the Employee, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Employee in connection with the business of the Company prior to the Termination Date. These payments shall be made promptly upon termination and within the period of time mandated by applicable law.
