Accrued Rights and Obligations. Termination of this Agreement will not relieve either party for liabilities or obligations incurred pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to termination.

Accrued Obligations. The termination of this Agreement for any reason shall not release either Party from any liability which, at the time of such termination, has already accrued to such Party or which is attributable to a period prior to such termination, nor will any termination of this Agreement preclude either Party from pursuing all rights and remedies it may have under this Agreement, at law or in equity, with respect to breach of this Agreement.
