Accounting System. The Partnership maintains a system of accounting controls that is sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that: # transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; # transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with GAAP and to maintain accountability for assets; # access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; # the recorded accountability for assets is compared with existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences; and # the interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language incorporated by reference in

Accounting System. The Company and its subsidiaries maintain systems of “internal control over financial reporting” (as defined in Rule 13a-15(f) of the Exchange Act) that are designed to comply with the requirements of the Exchange Act and have been designed by, or under the supervision of, their respective principal executive and principal financial officers, or persons performing similar functions, to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements for external purposes in accordance with GAAP, including, but not limited to, internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurance that # transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorizations; # transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with GAAP and to maintain asset accountability; # access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; and # the recorded accountability for assets is compared with the existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, there are no material weaknesses in the Company’s internal controls. The Company’s auditors and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have been advised of: # all significant deficiencies and material weaknesses in the design or operation of internal controls over financial reporting which have adversely affected or are reasonably likely to adversely affect the Company’s ability to record, process, summarize and report financial information; and # any fraud, whether or not material, that involves management or other employees who have a significant role in the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting.

Accounting System. Borrower shall maintain a standard and modern system of accounting in accordance with GAAP with ledger and account cards or computer tapes, discs, printouts, and records pertaining to the Collateral which contain information as from time to time may be reasonably requested by Lender.

System Access. Relativity has no independent means to access Client’s deployment of the Software.

The provider must have developers to update the system. Updates of the monitoring and administrative management systems must be carried out for a minimum of 600 hours, in the first year of the contract.

Company has established pursuant to the Lockbox Account Control Agreement and the other Control Agreements for the benefit of the Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, a system of lockboxes and related accounts or deposit accounts as described in [Sections 2.11(a) and (b)] (the “Lockbox System”) into which (subject to the proviso in Section 2.11(a)) all Collections shall be deposited.

Accounting. The Borrower accounts for the transfers to it from [[Regional Management:Organization]] of the Receivables and related Collateral under the Second Tier Purchase Agreement as true sales/true contributions of such Receivables and related Collateral in its books, records and financial statements, in each case consistent with GAAP and with the requirements set forth herein.

Accounting. All Costs under the Agreement shall be properly and accurately recorded in all material respects in the books and records and that each document upon which entries in such books and records are based is complete and accurate in all material respects.
