Certificate. A certificate of any Lender setting forth any amount or amounts that such Lender is entitled to receive pursuant to this Section 2.08 shall be delivered to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent and shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
A certificate of such Lender or such Issuing Bank setting forth the amount or amounts necessary to compensate such Lender, such Issuing Bank or the Parent Company of such Lender or such Issuing Bank, as the case may be, specified in [subsection (a) or (b)])] of this Section shall be delivered to the Borrower (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) and shall be conclusive, absent manifest error.
A certificate of a Lender or the Issuing Bank setting forth in reasonable detail the amount or amounts necessary to compensate such Lender, the Issuing Bank or their respective holding company, as the case may be, as specified in paragraph (a) or (b) of this [Section 2.12] shall be delivered to the Borrower (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) and shall be conclusive and binding absent manifest error. Borrower shall pay such Lender or Issuing Bank, as the case may be, the amount shown as due on any such certificate within ten (10) Business Days after receipt thereof.
A certificate of such Lender or the LC Issuer setting forth the amount or amounts necessary to compensate such Lender, the LC Issuer or the Parent Company of such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, specified in [subsection (a) or (b)])] of this Section shall be delivered to the Borrower (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) and shall be conclusive, absent manifest error.
