Notice of Account Designation. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

Account Designation Letter. The Agent shall have received the executed Account Designation Letter in the form of [Exhibit 1.1](a) hereto.

Account Designation Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received the executed Account Designation Notice in the form of [Exhibit 1.1](a) hereto.

Designation Letter. A Subsidiary Borrower Designation Letter, duly completed and executed by the Company and the relevant Subsidiary, delivered to the Administrative Agent at least 10 Business Days before the date on which such Subsidiary is proposed to become a Subsidiary Borrower (or such shorter period which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent);

Account Designation Letter. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of an executed counterpart of the Account Designation Letter.

“Account Designation Letter” means the Notice of Account Designation Letter dated the date hereof from the Company to the Administrative Agent in substantially the form attached hereto as [Schedule 1.1(a)].
