OHL will be operating on client’s home grown IT systems and installing those systems in the OHL facility.

Liens securing the obligations of the lessee under the Getty Lease, provided, that such Liens do not at any time encumber any property other than # personal property of such lessee (which shall not include any inventory, accounts, rents or the proceeds thereof) located on the premises subject to the Getty Lease and # the underground storage tanks and related piping, fittings, below ground meters, below ground components of automatic tank gauging systems and leak detection systems, and all other below ground components of the fuel storage and delivery systems located on the premises subject to the Getty Lease;

Technology Errors and Omissions Insurance with minimum limits of not less than $5,000,000, covering liabilities arising from errors, omission, etc., in rendering computer or information technology services including but not limited to # systems analysis # systems programming # data processing # systems integration # outsourcing including outsourcing development and design # systems design, consulting, development and modification # training services relating to computer software or hardware # management, repair and maintenance of computer products, networks and systems # marketing, selling, servicing, distributing, installing and maintaining computer hardware or software (10) data entry, modification, verification, maintenance, storage, retrieval or preparation of data output.

TSS I is the owner of all buildings, structures and improvements on, above or below the Connecticut Property, and all fixtures attached to, a part of or used in connection with the improvements, structures, and buildings, and the parking, facilities, walkways, ramps, utility systems, water distribution systems, sewer systems, water and sewer treatment plants and other appurtenances (collectively, the "Connecticut Improvements") located upon the Connecticut Property. (For avoidance of doubt, the Connecticut Improvements do not include any property belonging to tenants at the Connecticut Property).

[[Organization B:Organization]] will be eligible to purchase up to a maximum of ​37 RAMP 200 systems consisting of one (1) [[Organization A:Organization]] Reader Advanced System; [[Unknown Identifier]] and two (2) [[Organization A:Organization]] Reader Advanced System; [[Unknown Identifier]] (the “RAMP 200 Systems”) at ​38 of the Transfer Price provided that such RAMP 200 Systems are purchased in multiples of two (2). These RAMP 200 Systems will not count towards the Minimum Quarterly Revenue at the Transfer Price (as noted above). Any purchases above ​39 RAMP 200 Systems will not be eligible for the rebate price and will be at the full Transfer Price.
