Other. The Servicer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and each Lender, promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Collateral or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower, the Servicer or an Originator as the Administrative Agent or a Lender may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Secured Parties under or as contemplated by this Agreement.

Participating Employer(s): As of the Effective Date, the following Participating Employer(s) are parties to the Plan:

Employer Credits 2 (Other Employer Credits): The Employer may make other credits to the Deferred Compensation Account of each Active Participant in an amount determined as follows:

Other. In the event the service of the Participant to the Board is terminated for any reason other than Death or Disability during the Period of Restriction, then any Restricted Stock Units still subject to the Period of Restriction at the date of such Separation from Service automatically shall be forfeited and returned to the Company.

Other. Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received such other documents, instruments, agreements and information as reasonably requested by Administrative Agent or any Lender, including, but not limited to, information regarding litigation, tax, accounting, labor, insurance, pension liabilities (actual or contingent), real

duplication of the Servicer’s production information systems at an off-site facility coupled with an extensive business recovery plan to utilize those remote systems;

[[Organization B:Organization]] will be eligible to purchase up to a maximum of ​37 RAMP 200 systems consisting of one (1) [[Organization A:Organization]] Reader Advanced System; [[Unknown Identifier]] and two (2) [[Organization A:Organization]] Reader Advanced System; [[Unknown Identifier]] (the “RAMP 200 Systems”) at ​38 of the Transfer Price provided that such RAMP 200 Systems are purchased in multiples of two (2). These RAMP 200 Systems will not count towards the Minimum Quarterly Revenue at the Transfer Price (as noted above). Any purchases above ​39 RAMP 200 Systems will not be eligible for the rebate price and will be at the full Transfer Price.
