There are no existing or closed sanitary waste landfills, or hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities on the Unencumbered Properties except where such existence would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Tenant shall not permit storage outside the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Parties, including without limitation, outside storage of trucks and other vehicles, or dumping of waste or refuse or permit any harmful materials to be placed in any drainage system or sanitary system in or about the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Parties.
