"Finance Document" means this Agreement, the Shareholders' Undertaking Agreement, the Sustainability Target Statement, the Target Group Disclosure Statement, any Fee Letter, any Accession Letter, any Resignation Letter, any Ancillary Document and any other document designated as such by the Agent and any of the Borrowers.

"Transaction Documents" means the Finance Document" means this Agreement,Documents, the Shareholders' Undertaking Agreement, the Sustainability Target Statement, the Target Group Disclosure Statement, any Fee Letter, any Accession Letter, any Resignation Letter, any Ancillary DocumentShareholder Loan Agreements and any other document designated as suchagreed to be a "Transaction Document" by both the Agent and any of the Borrowers.

"Finance Document" means this Agreement, the Shareholders' Undertaking Agreement, the Sustainability Target Statement, the Target Group Disclosure Statement,any Accession Letter, any Compliance Certificate, any Fee Letter, any Accession Letter,Hedging Agreement, any Resignation Letter, any Ancillary DocumentSelection Notice, the Subordination Agreements, any Transaction Security Document, any Utilisation Request, the Working Capital Facility Letter, the Amendment and Restatement Agreement, the Second Amendment and Restatement Agreement, the Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement, the Fourth Amendment and Restatement Agreement, the Fifth Amendment and Restatement Agreement any document entered into in respect of the Lloyds Retail Facilities and any other document designated as sucha "Finance Document" by the Agent and any of the Borrowers.Parent.
