The Company has taken reasonable steps to protect the rights of the Company in its confidential information and trade secrets that it wishes to protect or any trade secrets or confidential information of third parties provided to the Company.

The Company has taken reasonable steps consistent with industry standard practices to safeguard and maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of trade secrets and other confidential information in the possession of the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the Company’s knowledge: # there has been no misappropriation or disclosure of any trade secrets or other confidential Intellectual Property or Technology of the Company that is not pursuant to an appropriate confidentiality agreement; and # there has been no disclosure by the Company or any employee, independent contractor or agent of the Company of any trade secrets or other confidential Intellectual Property or Technology of any other person that is protected by a confidentiality agreement in breach of that confidentiality agreement.

No disclosure has been made of any of the confidential information, including financial or trade secrets, of the Company save in the ordinary course of business of the Company and the Company has taken adequate steps to preserve the confidential nature of all such information.
