Acceptance; Consideration of Release. Executive acknowledges that he has been provided twenty-one (21) days to consider and accept this Release from the date it was first given to him, although he may accept it at any time within those twenty-one (21) days following his termination of employment.

In exchange for Your promises and obligations in the Severance and Release Agreements, including the release of claims and covenant not to sue set forth in this Release, and provided that You sign and do not revoke this Release, You comply with the terms and conditions of this Release, and this Release becomes effective, ​ will pay You the amounts, and will provide You the benefits, due to You under the Severance Benefits Agreement (“Release Consideration”).

Your Consideration and Release. In exchange for the consideration the Company is providing under this Agreement, You agree as follows:

CONSIDERATION PERIOD; KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT AND RELEASE, AND ACCEPTANCE AND RETURN OF THE AGREEMENT

No Release at Final Acceptance. In no event shall the Contractor be released from any of its warranty obligations as set forth herein as a result of any Deliverable Item receiving Final Acceptance.

Consideration. The grant of the Restricted Stock Units is made in consideration of the services to be rendered by the Participant to the Company.

Consideration. Employee acknowledges that the benefits described in this Agreement are benefits to which they would not be entitled but for this Agreement.

Consideration. The grant of the Option is made in consideration of the services to be rendered by the Participant to the Company and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

Consideration. In consideration for Employee's execution of this Agreement and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein, Employer agrees to make the following payments, to which Employee is not otherwise entitled:

Consideration. As remuneration for the exclusive license under Section 2.1:
