Stay of Acceleration If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Subsidiary Borrower under this Agreement or the Notes is stayed upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Subsidiary Borrower, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of this Agreement shall nonetheless be payable by ​ hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent made at the request of the Required Lenders.

Stay of Acceleration. If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Borrowing Subsidiary under this Agreement or any other Loan Document is stayed upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Borrowing Subsidiary, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of this Agreement shall nonetheless be payable by the Company hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent made at the request of the Required Lenders.

SECTION # Stay of Acceleration. If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Eligible Subsidiary under this Agreement or its Notes is stayed upon insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Eligible Subsidiary, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of this Agreement shall nonetheless be payable by the Company hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent made at the request of the Required Lenders.

If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by the Borrower under this Agreement or its Notes is stayed upon insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Borrower, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of this Agreement shall nonetheless be payable by the Company hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent made at the request of the Required Lenders.

Section # Stay of Acceleration. If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Borrower under this Agreement or its Notes is stayed upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Borrower, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of this Agreement shall nonetheless be payable by each Guarantor hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent made at the request of the Majority Banks.

If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by the Borrower under this Agreement or any other Loan Document is stayed upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Borrower, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of this Agreement are nonetheless payable by the Guarantors hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent or the ​.

Section # Stay of Acceleration. If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by the Borrower or other Loan Party or other obligor under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, or under any agreement relating to Hedging Liability or Bank Product Obligations, is stayed upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Borrower or such other Loan Party or obligor, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, or under any agreement relating to Hedging Liability or Bank Product Obligations, shall nonetheless be payable by the Guarantors hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent made at the request or otherwise with the consent of the Required Lenders.

Section # Effect of Stay. If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Subsidiary Guarantor under any of the Obligations is stayed upon insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Subsidiary Guarantor, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of any applicable agreement or instrument evidencing or relating to any of the Obligations shall nonetheless be payable by such Subsidiary Guarantor under this Article forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent.

Stay of Acceleration. In the event that acceleration of the time for payment of any of the Obligations is stayed, in connection with any case commenced by or against any Borrower under any Debtor Relief Laws, or otherwise, all such amounts shall nonetheless be payable by the ​ immediately upon demand by the Administrative Agent.

Stay of Acceleration. In the event that acceleration of the time for payment of any of the ​ SA Obligations is stayed, in connection with any case commenced by or against the Designated Borrower under any Debtor Relief Laws, or otherwise, all such amounts shall nonetheless be payable by the ​ immediately upon demand by the Administrative Agent.
