No Labor Dispute. There is # no significant unfair labor practice complaint pending against the Company, or any of its subsidiaries, nor to the Company’s knowledge, threatened against it or any of its subsidiaries, before the National Labor Relations Board, any state or local labor relation board or any foreign labor relations board, and no significant grievance or significant arbitration proceeding arising out of or under any collective bargaining agreement is so pending against the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or, to the Company’s knowledge, threatened against it and # no labor disturbance by or dispute with, employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries exists or, to the Company’s knowledge, is threatened, and the Company is not aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or its subsidiaries’ principal suppliers, manufacturers, customers or contractors, that could reasonably be expected, singly or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Company is not aware that any key employee or significant group of employees of the Company or any subsidiary plans to terminate employment with the Company or any such subsidiary.

Absence of Labor Dispute. Except where the failure thereof would not result in a Material Adverse Effect, no labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any Subsidiary exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is imminent, and the Company is not aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or any Subsidiary’s principal suppliers, manufacturers, customers or contractors.

Contractor Labor Dispute. A Contractor Labor Dispute occurs, which impacts Contractor’s ability to provide the Regional Airline Services, and such Contractor Labor Dispute continues for more than ​;

Absence of Labor Dispute. No material labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Grantors, is imminent.

No Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of Contractor exists or, to the knowledge of Contractor, is imminent which would reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on Contractor or on its ability to provide Regional Airlines Services and otherwise perform their respective obligations hereunder.
