General Requirements. A Participant’s distribution election must be made prior to the date the Participant’s deferral election becomes irrevocable. Earnings Credits will be distributed in the same form and time as in effect for the related Account credit. The election shall be made in the form and manner prescribed by Plan Rules.

Distribution elections for Base Salary deferrals will also apply to Restoration Match Credits related to the same Plan Year. Earnings Credits and Enhancements will be distributed in the same form and time as in effect for the related Account credit. All Discretionary Credits will be distributed in the form of a single lump sum as of the time determined under [Section 6.2.2(b)].

Distribution Elections. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Plan, a Participant may irrevocably elect for each Plan Year or Company Fiscal Year the form and time of distribution of the Deferral Credits (and related Earnings Credits) made to his or her Account for such Plan Year or Company Fiscal Year.
