Further Assurances. From time to time, the [[Organization A:Organization]] shall take, and cause its Subsidiaries to take, such action and execute and deliver to the ​ such additional documents, instruments, certificates, and agreements as the ​ may reasonably request to effectuate the purposes of the Transaction Documents.

Further Assurances. Promptly upon the request of the ​, the [[Organization A:Organization]] will execute and deliver each writing and take each other action that the ​ deems necessary or desirable in connection with any transaction contemplated by this Agreement. In the event that [[Organization A:Organization]] or any of its Subsidiaries shall create or acquire a new Subsidiary after the date hereof but while this Agreement is in effect or any Obligation remains outstanding, [[Organization A:Organization]] shall cause such new Subsidiary to execute such agreements or other documents as shall be required in ​’s sole and absolute discretion so as to join this Agreement as an additional [[Organization A:Organization]], guarantor or such other capacity as ​ deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion. [[Organization A:Organization]] shall deliver such resolutions, organizational documents, and such other items as ​ may reasonably requires in connection with same.

Further Assurances. The ​ shall, and shall cause its affiliates to take such action and execute and deliver to the ​ such additional documents, instruments, certificates, and agreements as the ​ may reasonably request from time to time to effectuate the purposes and intent of the transaction(s) contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, causing any affiliate, entity or series of entities it may create hereafter through merger, division or otherwise, to execute agreements, in form and substance acceptable to ​, # assuming or guarantying the ​’s obligations under this Note and all related agreements and # pledging assets to the ​ to the same extent as the ​.

SECTION # Further Assurances. The Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to the Lender such documents, agreements and instruments, and will take or cause to be taken such further actions, which may be required by any Requirement of Law or which the Lender may, from time to time, reasonably request to carry out the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, all at the expense of the Borrower.
