“ABL Loan Documents” shall mean the ABL Credit Agreement and the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

“ABL Loan Documents” means all “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

“ABL Credit Documents” shall have the meaning ascribed to the term “Credit Documents” in the ABL Credit Agreement.

“ABL Loans” shall mean “Loans” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

“ABL Loan Documents” shall mean the ABL Credit Agreement and the related guaranties, pledge agreements, security agreements, mortgages, notes and other agreements and instruments entered into in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement.

“ABL Collateral Documents” shall mean the “Collateral Documents” (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement).

“ABL Loans” means “Loans” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

“ABL Facility Documentation” shall mean the ABL Credit Agreement and all security agreements, guarantees, pledge agreements and other agreements or instruments executed in connection therewith and including all “Loan Documents” (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) or similar term.

“ABL Loan Documents” means collectively # the ABL Credit Agreement, # the ABL Security Documents, # the Intercreditor Agreement, # any promissory note evidencing loans under the ABL Credit Agreement and # any amendment, waiver, supplement or other modification to any of the documents described in [clauses (a) through (d)].

“Credit Agreements” shall mean, collectively, the ABL Credit Agreement and the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

“ABL Collateral Documents” shall mean the “Security Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, or comparable term as used in the ABL Credit Agreement.
