Ability to Carry Out Obligations. The Purchaser has the right, power, and authority to enter into, and perform his obligations under this Agreement.

Power and Authority. The Purchaser has the power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out its obligations hereunder.

Authority. Purchaser has the right, power, authority and capacity to execute and deliver this Agreement, to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to perform his obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligations of Purchaser, enforceable against Purchaser in accordance with the terms hereof.

The Buyer has the full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder.
