“Environmental Law” means any current or future Law pertaining to # the protection of the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, management or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water or groundwater, # the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation or handling of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Material or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface water or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.
“Environmental Law” means any current or future Legal Requirement pertaining to # the protection of health, safety and the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, management, protection or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water or groundwater, # the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, investigation, remediation or handling of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Material or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface water or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.
“Environmental Law” shall mean any applicable Law, and any Governmental Order or binding agreement with any Governmental Authority: # relating to pollution (or the cleanup thereof) or the protection of natural resources, endangered or threatened species, human health or safety, or the environment (including ambient air, soil, surface water or groundwater, or subsurface strata); or # concerning the presence of, exposure to, or the management, manufacture, use, containment, storage, recycling, reclamation, reuse, treatment, generation, discharge, transportation, processing, production, disposal, or remediation of any Hazardous Materials.
For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Environmental Law” means any law, statute, regulation, order, decree or permit or other legally binding requirement of any local, state, federal or foreign governmental jurisdiction relating to: # the protection, investigation or restoration of the indoor or outdoor environment, human health or safety, or natural resources, # the handling, use, storage, treatment, transport, remediation, investigation, disposal, release or threatened release of any Hazardous Substances or # noise, odor or wetlands protection.
“Environmental Laws” means any current or future legal requirement of any Governmental Authority pertaining to # the protection of health, safety, and the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, management, or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water and groundwater or # the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, release, threatened release, abatement, removal, remediation or handling of, or exposure to, any hazardous or toxic substance or material or # pollution (including any release to land surface water and groundwater) and includes, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq., Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 and Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendment of 1984, 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq., Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended by the Clean Water Act of 1977, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq., Clean Air Act of 1966, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq., Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976, 15 U.S.C. 2601 et seq., Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, 49 U.S.C. App. et seq., Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 651 et seq., Oil Pollution Act of 1990, 33 U.S.C. 2701 et seq., Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. 11001 et seq., National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq., Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 300(f) et seq., any analogous implementing or successor law, and any amendment, rule, regulation, order, or directive issued thereunder.
“Environmental Laws” means all laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, orders, decrees, judgments, injunctions, or binding agreements issued, promulgated or entered into by any Governmental Authority, relating in any way to # the environment, # preservation or reclamation of natural resources, # the generation, use, handling, transportation, storage, treatment, disposal, release or threatened release of any Hazardous Material, or # to the extent related to exposure to, or to the sale, distribution or marketing of products containing, Hazardous Material, health and safety matters.
“Environmental Laws” means any and all present and future Federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules or regulations, and any orders or decrees, in each case as now or hereafter in effect, relating to the regulation or protection of the environment or to emissions, discharges, releases or threatened releases of pollutants, contaminants, or toxic or hazardous substances or wastes into the indoor or outdoor environment, including, without limitation, ambient air, soil, surface water, ground water, wetlands, land or subsurface strata, or otherwise relating to the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, treatment, storage, disposal, transport or handling of pollutants, contaminants, or toxic or hazardous substances or wastes.
“Environmental Laws” means any and all present and future Federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules or regulations, and any orders or decrees, in each case as now or hereafter in effect, relating to the regulation or protection of the environment or to emissions, discharges, releases or threatened releases of pollutants, contaminants or toxic or hazardous substances or wastes into the indoor or outdoor environment, including, without limitation, ambient air, soil, surface water, ground water, wetlands, land or subsurface strata, or otherwise relating to the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, treatment, storage, disposal, transport or handling of pollutants, contaminants or toxic or hazardous substances or wastes.
“Environmental Laws” means all Laws relating to pollution or protection of the environment, natural resources and health, safety and fire prevention, including those relating to emissions, discharges, releases or threatened releases of Hazardous Material into the environment (including ambient air, surface water, groundwater or land), or otherwise relating to the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, treatment, storage, disposal, transport or handling of Hazardous Material.
“Environmental Law” shall mean, collectively, all federal, state, local or foreign laws, including common law, ordinances, regulations, rules, codes, orders, judgments or other requirements or rules of law that relate to # the prevention, abatement or elimination of pollution, or the protection of the Environment, natural resources or human health, or natural resource damages, and # the use, generation, handling, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, transportation or regulation of or exposure to Hazardous Materials, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9601 et seq., the Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1531 et seq., the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 6901 et seq., the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq., the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq., the Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 2601 et seq., the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 11001 et seq., each as amended, and their foreign, state or local counterparts or equivalents.
