“Environmental Law” means any current or future Law pertaining to # the protection of the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, management or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water or groundwater, # the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation or handling of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Material or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface water or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.

“Environmental Law” means any current or future LawLegal Requirement pertaining to # the protection of health, safety and the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, managementmanagement, protection or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water or groundwater, # the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, investigation, remediation or handling of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Material or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface water or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.

“Environmental Law” meansshall mean any currentapplicable Law, and any Governmental Order or future Law pertainingbinding agreement with any Governmental Authority: # relating to #pollution (or the cleanup thereof) or the protection of natural resources, endangered or threatened species, human health or safety, or the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, management or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use ofenvironment (including ambient air, soil, surface water or groundwater, or subsurface strata); or # concerning the presence of, exposure to, or the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, containment, storage, recycling, reclamation, reuse, treatment, generation, discharge, transportation, treatment, storage,processing, production, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal,or remediation or handling of, or exposure to,of any Hazardous Material or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface water or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.Materials.

For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Environmental Law” means any currentlaw, statute, regulation, order, decree or future Law pertaining topermit or other legally binding requirement of any local, state, federal or foreign governmental jurisdiction relating to: # the protectionprotection, investigation or restoration of the indoor or outdoor environment, human health or safety, or natural resources, # the conservation, managementhandling, use, storage, treatment, transport, remediation, investigation, disposal, release or usethreatened release of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water or groundwater, # the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation or handling of, or exposure to, any Hazardous MaterialSubstances or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface waternoise, odor or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.wetlands protection.

“Environmental Law”Laws” means any current or future Lawlegal requirement of any Governmental Authority pertaining to # the protection of health, safety, and the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, managementmanagement, or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water and groundwater or groundwater, # the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release,release, threatened Release,release, abatement, removal, remediation or handling of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Materialhazardous or toxic substance or material or # pollution (including any Releaserelease to air, land,land surface water and groundwater) and includes, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq., Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 and Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendment of 1984, 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq., Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended by the Clean Water Act of 1977, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq., Clean Air Act of 1966, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq., Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976, 15 U.S.C. 2601 et seq., Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, 49 U.S.C. App. ​ et seq., Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 651 et seq., Oil Pollution Act of 1990, 33 U.S.C. 2701 et seq., Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. 11001 et seq., National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq., Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 300(f) et seq., any analogous implementing or groundwater),successor law, and any amendment, rule, regulation, orderorder, or directive issued thereunder.

“Environmental Law”Laws” means all laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, orders, decrees, judgments, injunctions, or binding agreements issued, promulgated or entered into by any current or future Law pertainingGovernmental Authority, relating in any way to # the protection of the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, managementpreservation or usereclamation of natural resources and wildlife,resources, # the protectiongeneration, use, handling, transportation, storage, treatment, disposal, release or usethreatened release of surface waterany Hazardous Material, or groundwater, # to the management, manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation or handling of, orextent related to exposure to, anyor to the sale, distribution or marketing of products containing, Hazardous Material or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface water or groundwater),Material, health and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.safety matters.

“Environmental Law”Laws” means any currentand all present and future Federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules or future Law pertainingregulations, and any orders or decrees, in each case as now or hereafter in effect, relating to # the regulation or protection of the environment or to emissions, discharges, releases or threatened releases of pollutants, contaminants, or toxic or hazardous substances or wastes into the indoor or outdoor environment, #including, without limitation, ambient air, soil, surface water, ground water, wetlands, land or subsurface strata, or otherwise relating to the conservation, management or use of natural resources and wildlife, # the protection or use of surface water or groundwater, # the management, manufacture, possession, presence,processing, distribution, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediationtransport or handling of,of pollutants, contaminants, or exposure to, any Hazardous Materialtoxic or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface waterhazardous substances or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.wastes.

“Environmental Law”Laws” means any currentall Laws relating to pollution or future Law pertaining to # the protection of the indoor or outdoor environment, # the conservation, management or use of natural resources and wildlife, #health, safety and fire prevention, including those relating to emissions, discharges, releases or threatened releases of Hazardous Material into the protectionenvironment (including ambient air, surface water, groundwater or use of surface waterland), or groundwater, #otherwise relating to the management, manufacture, possession, presence,processing, distribution, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediationtransport or handling of, or exposure to, anyof Hazardous Material or # pollution (including any Release to air, land, surface water or groundwater), and any amendment, rule, regulation, order or directive issued thereunder.Material.
