“Performance Unit” means Awards granted pursuant to Section 10(a) that may be paid in cash, in Shares, or such combination of cash and Shares as the Committee in its sole discretion shall determine.

“Performance Unit” means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to [Section 10].

“Performance Unit” means an Award of units denominated in cash or property other than shares of Common Stock granted under Section 11.2.

“Performance Award” shall mean any Award hereunder of Shares, units or rights based upon, payable in, or otherwise related to, Shares (including Restricted Stock), or cash of an equivalent value, as the Committee may determine, at the end of a specified performance period established by the Committee.

"Performance Share" or "Performance Unit" means the Awards described in Article 10.

“Performance Units” means an Award granted under Section 5 which entitles a Participant to receive cash, Shares, or a combination thereof, based on the achievement of one or more specified performance criteria during one or more Performance Periods.

“Performance Unit” means, pursuant to [Section 10] of the Plan, an unfunded and unsecured promise to deliver Shares, cash or other securities equal to the value set forth in the Award Agreement.

“Performance Awards” mean Performance Units and Performance Compensation Awards granted pursuant to Section 10.
