No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the Parties do not intend, and this Agreement shall not be construed, to create a third-party beneficiary status or interest in, nor give any third-party beneficiary rights or remedies to, any other person or entity not a party to this Agreement.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as may be otherwise expressly and specifically set out in this Agreement, nothing herein is intended, nor shall be construed, to confer upon any person, other than the Parties and their successors or permitted assigns, any rights, benefits or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.

No Third Party Beneficiary. Except as may be expressly provided herein, this Agreement is not intended to create, nor shall it be construed to create, any rights in any third party under doctrines concerning third-party beneficiaries.

Except as expressly provided by this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall # confer on any Person other than the Parties hereto and/or their Affiliates and their respective permitted successors or assigns any rights (including third party beneficiary rights), remedies, obligations or liabilities other than those expressed herein or # constitute the parties hereto as partners or as participants in a joint venture. Except as expressly provided by this Agreement, this Agreement shall not provide third parties with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right beyond those existing without reference to the terms of this Agreement.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as specifically set forth in herein, this Agreement is not intended to benefit and may not be enforced by any Person other than the Parties.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any person other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns, and their respective Affiliates to the extent provided herein, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. There are no third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto (and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns), any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities, except as specifically set forth in this Agreement.
