Term. The term of this Agreement shall be a period commencing on the date of this Agreement and continuing through 12 months from the date hereof, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 8 below (the “Term”).
Term. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall become effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect until the earliest of:
Term. Subject to the terms hereof, Executive’s employment hereunder shall commence as of the date hereof and shall continue until terminated hereunder by either party.
Term. This Agreement shall continue to be in force until the earliest to occur of # the date on which IPN has received aggregate payments of the Adjusted Gross Revenue Sharing Percentage in an amount totaling One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), or # the date on which IPN receives payment resulting from a sale as provided in Section 4 below, or # the date on which the Parties, by mutual written consent, agree to terminate this Agreement.
Term. Each Bankers’ Acceptance shall be issued and shall mature on a Business Day. Each Bankers’ Acceptance shall have a term of 1, 2, or 3 months, shall mature no later than five (5) days prior to the Maturity Date, and shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Canadian Lender which is accepting such Bankers’ Acceptance.
Term. The Term of Executives employment under the Agreement shall commence on the First Amendment Effective Date, and shall continue, unless sooner terminated, until May 31, 2022. The Term and any further extension that may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive are subject to early termination as provided elsewhere herein. Upon expiration of the Term, Executive shall be deemed an at-will employee of Company, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any entitlement in separation benefits, shall terminate, except for those terms that expressly survive the Extended Term or termination of employment.

To have and to hold the Premises unto Tenant, its successors and assigns, for an initial term beginning on January 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2026, with the right to extend the term for an additional five (5) years (from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031) provided that Tenant gives Landlord written notice of such election not later than nine (9) months prior to the expiration of the initial term, and provided that Tenant is not in default under this Lease (beyond any applicable notice and cure periods) at the time such notice is given or at the time the extension term would otherwise begin. Such extension term, if any, shall be on the same terms and provisions of this Lease, including without limitation the Base Rent (which will continue to escalate as provided in Section 3.2 hereof) and Percentage Rent, but there would be no further extension right.
The Company will continue to employ the Executive for a period of one (1) year after the date of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”). This Agreement will automatically renew each year after the Initial Term for one (1) additional year (each a “Renewal Period”); provided, however, that either party may elect not to renew this Agreement for any Renewal Period by providing ninety (90) days’ written notice of such election prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Period. If this Agreement is not renewed by the Executive, no Severance Package shall be paid. If this Agreement is not renewed by the Company, the Executive shall be entitled to the Severance Package. Notwithstanding this Section 2.1, the Executive’s employment under this Agreement may be earlier terminated pursuant to Article 4.
Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall begin on December 18, 2018 and end on January l, 2020, and, beginning on January 1, 2020 and on January 1 of each and every year thereafter, the term of this Agreement shall be extended for an additional one-year period, automatically, unless the Executive is notified 180 days in advance by the method set forth in Section 11 herein to the contrary (“Nonrenewal Notice”).
