Termination In the event of the termination of the Insider’s employment and/or service at any time between the Effective Date and the end of fiscal year 2016, the terms, conditions and mechanics with respect to the Insider’s exercise of his Options set forth in Exhibit A shall apply.
In the event of the termination of the Insider’s employment and/or service at any time between the Effective Date and the end of fiscal year 2016, the following terms, conditions and mechanics with respect to the Insider’s exercise of his Options shall apply:
