Term of Option contract clause examples

The Option shall have a term of ten (10) years from the Date of Grant and shall terminate at the expiration of that period, unless it is terminated at an earlier date pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

Except as set forth in this Agreement, the Option will be exercisable through the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date.

Term of Option. Subject to Section 2(a) of this Agreement, this Option is exercisable through and including the tenth anniversary of the date of grant; provided, however, that this Option may be exercised during such term only in accordance with the Plan and this Agreement.

Subject to earlier termination in accordance with the terms of the Plan and the instrument evidencing the Option, the maximum term of an Option shall be ten years from the Grant Date.
