The Subscription Proceeds must accompany this Subscription and shall be paid by certified check or bank draft drawn on a chartered bank, and made payable and delivered to the Company. Alternatively, the Subscription Proceeds may be wired to the Company to the wiring instructions that are provided in this Agreement.
The Subscription Proceeds must accompany this Subscription and shall be paid by cash, cheque or bank draft drawn on a major bank made payable to the Company and delivered to the Company or its lawyers or officers or may be wired directly to either one of them. If the Subscription Proceeds are delivered to the Company's lawyers, officers or authorized person (the “Trustee”), the Subscriber authorizes the Trustee to deliver the Subscription Proceeds to the Company on the Closing Date.
