The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision or provisions of this Subscription Agreement will not affect any other provision of this Subscription Agreement, which will remain in full force and effect, nor will the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of a portion of any provisions of this Subscription Agreement affect the balance of such provision. In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this Subscription Agreement or any portion thereof shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, this Subscription Agreement shall be reformed, construed and enforced as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Subscription Agreement shall not affect or limit the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Subscription Agreement.

The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall in no way affect the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provision; and if any provision is held to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the other provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect.

In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement or any portions there under is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether in whole or in part, shall not in any way affect the validity and/or enforceability of any other provisions herein contained. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severable to the extent of any such invalidity or unenforceability.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether in whole or in part, shall not in any way affect the validity and/or enforceability of any other provisions herein contained. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severable to the extent of any such invalidity of unenforceability.

Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable in part, the remaining portion of such provision, together with all other provisions of this Agreement, shall remain valid and enforceable and continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent consistent with law.

In the event that any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall be or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected thereby.
