“Field” means all uses of a Licensed Product for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment or amelioration of any and all indications or the signs or symptoms thereof.

#[[Organization B:Organization]] shall not, without [[Organization A:Organization]]'s prior written consent; # make any changes to or paint the exterior of the Demised Premises; or # install any exterior lighting, decorations or paintings; or # erect or install any signs, window or door lettering, placards, decorations or advertising media of any type which can be viewed from the exterior of the Demised Premises. All signs shall conform in all respects to the sign criteria established by [[Organization A:Organization]] for the property from time to time in the exercise of its sole discretion and shall be subject to the prior written approval of [[Organization A:Organization]] as to construction, method of attachment, size, shape, height, lighting, color and general appearance. All signs shall be kept in good condition and in proper operating order at all times.

The payments and benefits set forth in this [Section 3] have been paid or will be paid and provided to Executive whether or not Executive signs this Agreement:

During the Term of this Agreement, Licensee grants Programmer the right to use the Station’s call signs in connection with and during the Programming during the Term.

Signage. As used herein, Signage shall mean any signs, advertising placards, banners, pennants, names, insignias, trademarks, balloons, flags, decals or other decorative or descriptive material installed on the Project.

Employee understands and agrees that by signing this Agreement Employee is not waiving any claim under the Age Discrimination And Employment Act that arises after Employee signs this Agreement.

Interior Signage. Except as provided herein, no signs visible from the exterior of the Premises shall be permitted in the interior of the Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent.

Prohibited Signage and Other Items. Any signs, notices, logos, pictures, names or advertisements which are installed and that have not been separately approved by Landlord may be removed without notice by Landlord at the sole expense of Tenant. Any signs, window coverings, or blinds (even if the same are located behind the Landlord-approved window coverings for the Building), or other items visible from the exterior of the Premises or Building, shall be subject to the prior approval of Landlord, in its sole discretion.

The Parties also agree that the release provided by Executive in this Agreement does not include a release for claims under the ADEA arising after the date Executive signs this Agreement.
