Executive will receive the same severance payments regardless of when Executive signs this Release Agreement, as long as Executive signs prior to the end of the Review Period and does not revoke this Release Agreement.
All directional signs and arrows must be observed.
The failure of any person or entity to sign this Note shall not release, discharge or affect the liability of any person or entity that signs this Note. This Note has been unconditionally delivered to Bank by each person or entity that signs this Note.

Governmental Approvals. Tenant, at Tenants expense, shall be responsible for obtaining all required permits and approvals for each of Tenants Exterior Signage, Building Top Signage and Building Lobby Signage (collectively, Tenants Signs). Tenants Signs must comply with all Applicable Laws. Landlord, at no cost to Landlord, shall cooperate with Tenant to obtain all required permits and approvals for Tenants Signs. Tenant hereby acknowledges that, notwithstanding Landlords approval of Tenants Signs, Landlord has made no representations or warranties to Tenant with respect to the probability of obtaining such permits and approvals, nor the availability or location of the Building Top Signage, and the failure of Tenant to obtain such permits and approvals shall not delay the Term Commencement Date or release Tenant from any obligations under this Lease.
The Executive knowingly and voluntarily hereby signs this Bring Down Release on May, 5, 2017.
Rights Personal to Original Tenant; Occupancy. Tenants right to install Tenants Signs is personal to the Original Tenant and its Permitted Assignee under this Lease. No assignee (other than a Permitted Assignee) or subtenant (other than as described below) shall have any right to install any Tenants Signs. In addition, if at any time Tenant occupies less than one (1) full floor of the Premises, Tenants rights to install any Tenants Signs shall be suspended until such time as Tenant re-occupies at least one (1) full floor of the Premises. If Tenant enters into a sublease for the entire Premises for the entire remaining term of the Lease which sublease is approved by Landlord pursuant to Paragraph 22, such subtenant shall be permitted to install Tenant Signs subject to Landlords approval of such subtenants name, logo, material, typeface, graphic format, proportions, precise location, size, content, design of Tenants Signs in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Paragraph 13.1 and otherwise in compliance with the other provisions of Paragraph 13.
“Signature Date” – the date of signature of this Agreement by the signatory which signs it last.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 2(a) shall constitute a waiver of # any Claims that arise as a result of conduct that occurs after the date that the Participant signs this Agreement, # any Claims for continuation rights under COBRA, or # any Claims that do not exist as of the date that the Participant signs this Agreement.
