“Loan Documents” means this Agreement, any Refinancing Amendment, the First Refinancing Amendment, the First Incremental Term Facility Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, the Second Refinancing Amendment, the Eighth Amendment, the Third Refinancing Amendment, any Loan Modification Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Collateral Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreements, the other Security Documents and, except for purposes of [Section 9.02], any promissory notes delivered pursuant to [Section 2.09(e)].

“Loan Documents” means this Agreement, the Original Credit Agreement, the First Refinancing Facility Agreement, the First Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, the Second Refinancing Facility Agreement, the Incremental Facility Agreements, the Collateral Agreement, the other Security Documents, any agreement designating an additional Issuing Bank as contemplated by [Section 2.05(j)] and, except for purposes of [Section 9.02], any promissory notes delivered pursuant to [Section 2.09(c)].

“Loan Documents” means this Agreement, any Incremental Facility Agreement, any Refinancing Facility Agreement, any Extension Amendment, any [Section 2.22] Additional Amendment, the Guarantee Agreement, any agreement designating an additional Issuing Bank as contemplated by [Section 2.05(j)] or [Section 2.05(l)] and, except for purposes of [Section 9.02], any promissory notes delivered pursuant to [Section 2.09(c)].

“Loan Documents” means collectively, # this Agreement, # the First Amendment, # the Second Amendment, # the Third Amendment, # the Notes, # any Refinancing Amendment, Incremental Amendment or Extension Amendment, # the Guaranty, # the Collateral Documents, # the Intercreditor Agreement (if any), and # the Global Intercompany Note.

“Loan Documents” means this Agreement, any Promissory Note, each Loan Guaranty, the Collateral Documents, each Refinancing Amendment, each Incremental Facility Amendment, each Extension Amendment and any other document or instrument designated by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent as a “Loan Document.” Any reference in this Agreement or any other Loan Document to a Loan Document shall include all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto.

“Loan Documents” means, collectively, # this Agreement, # Amendment No. 1, # Amendment No. 2, # Amendment No. 3, # Amendment No. 4, # Amendment No. 5, # Amendment No. 6, # Amendment No. 7, # Amendment No. 8, # the Notes, # the Collateral Documents, # each Intercreditor Agreement to the extent then in effect, # each Letter of Credit Issuance Request and # any Refinancing Amendment, Incremental Amendment or Extension Amendment.

“Loan Documents” means this Agreement, the Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement, any promissory notes executed pursuant to [Section 2.12(B)], the Guarantees, the Collateral Documents, any Assignment Agreement, any Commitment and Acceptance, and all other documents, instruments, notes and agreements executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

“Loan Documents” means this Agreement, each Note, each Issuer Document, each Incremental Term Loan Facility Amendment, any agreement creating or perfecting rights in Cash Collateral pursuant to the provisions of [Section 2.16] of this Agreement, the Fee Letter, and any amendments, modifications or supplements hereto or to any other Loan Document or waivers hereof or to any other Loan Document.

“Loan Documents” means, collectively, this Agreement, each Note, each Issuer Document, Amendment No. 1, Amendment No. 2, Amendment No. 3, Amendment No. 4, Amendment No. 5, Amendment No. 6, Amendment No. 7, Amendment No. 8, Amendment No. 9, each joinder agreement referred to in [Section 2.14], each Subsidiary Joinder Agreement and the Collateral Documents.

“Loan Documents” means this Agreement, the Fourth Amendment and Restatement Agreement, any promissory notes executed pursuant to [Section 2.12(B)], the Guarantees, the Collateral Documents, any Assignment Agreement, any Commitment and Acceptance, and all other documents, instruments, notes and agreements executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
