Section # Times of Day. All references to time of day herein are references to Chicago, Illinois, time unless otherwise specifically provided.

Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight or standard, as applicable).

All references in [Section 2.2] to the “Lease Term” shall be deemed to be references to the Substitute Premises Term; and

Master Agreement” in the 871(m) Protocol will be deemed to be references to the Agreement with respect to this Transaction, and references to the “Implementation Date” in the 871(m) Protocol will be deemed to be references to the Trade Date of this Transaction.

Any references herein to "Board" are, except as the context requires otherwise, references to the Board or the Plan Committee, as applicable.

Unless the context otherwise requires, references in this Agreement to Articles, Sections, Exhibits and Schedules shall be deemed references to Articles and Sections of, and Exhibits and Schedules to, this Agreement.

Unless otherwise provided, all references herein to Sections, Articles or Schedules of an agreement other than this Agreement are references to Sections, Subsections, Articles and Schedules of or to the Original Agreement.

references to a statutory provision include references to the statutory provision as modified or re-enacted or both from time to time and to any subordinate legislation made under the statutory provision.

Interpretation. In this Agreement unless inconsistent with the context # references to the Parties are to the Parties to this Agreement, # headings are used for convenience only and are to be ignored for purposes of construction, # references to a statutory provision include references to the statutory provision as modified or re-enacted from time to time and to any subordinate legislation made under the statutory provision, # references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, # references to the word “including” are to be construed as without limitation, and # any schedules attached hereto shall form part of this Agreement and a reference to a particular recital, section, paragraph or schedule shall be a reference to the recital, section, paragraph or schedule in or to this Agreement.

References to “days” means calendar days.
