References. Any references to Subsidiaries of [[Borrowers:Organization]] set forth herein with respect to representations and warranties which deal with historical matters shall be deemed to include [[Borrowers:Organization]] and its Subsidiaries and shall not in any way be construed as consent by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to the establishment, maintenance or acquisition of any Subsidiary, except as may otherwise be permitted hereunder.

References. Unless otherwise specified, # references in this Agreement to any Article, Section, Exhibit or Schedule shall mean references to such Article, Section, Exhibit or Schedule of this Agreement, # references in any Section to any clause are references to such clause of such Section and # references to any agreement, instrument or other document in this Agreement refer to such agreement, instrument or other document as originally executed or, if subsequently amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time, as so amended, replaced or supplemented and in effect at the relevant time of reference thereto.

References. Smathers agrees to refer all inquiries from prospective employers to [[Company:Organization]]’s Vice President, Human Resources.

References. Any reference to the Credit Agreement contained in any document, instrument or Loan Document executed in connection with the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified by this Amendment.

Time References. Unless the context of this Agreement or any other Loan Document clearly requires otherwise, all references to time of day refer to Eastern standard time or Eastern daylight saving time, as in effect in Atlanta, Georgia, on such day. For purposes of the computation of a period of time from a specified date to a later specified date, unless otherwise expressly provided, the word “from” means “from and including”, the words “to” and “until” each means “to but excluding” and the word “through” means “to and including”; provided, that with respect to a computation of fees or interest payable to Agent or any Lender, such period shall in any event consist of at least one full day.

As used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Plan.

Certain References. References to you in any provision of this Agreement under circumstances where the provision should logically be construed to apply to your executors or administrators, or to the person or persons to whom all or any portion of the Units may be transferred by will or the laws of descent and distribution, will be deemed to include such person or persons.

Party References. Any reference to YPC in the Agreement shall be replaced with or deemed to refer to DexYP.

References; Interpretation. References in this Services Agreement to any gender include references to all genders, and references to the singular include references to the plural and vice versa. Unless the context otherwise requires:

Headings and References. The headings of this Warrant are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Warrant. Unless the context indicates otherwise, all references herein to Sections are references to Sections of this Warrant.
