Plan Term contract clause examples

Term. The Term of employment hereunder will commence on February 1, 2021.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one year and shall be automatically extended for additional one-year terms on the same conditions as set forth herein unless earlier terminated as provided for in Section 17.

Term. The Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and unless sooner terminated as provided in Article 5 shall continue for a period of one year (the “Initial Term”). Except as otherwise provided herein, unless either party gives written notice to the other party at least 30 days before any anniversary of the Effective Date that the term hereunder shall not be extended beyond its then term (a “Nonrenewal Notice”), the term of the Agreement shall automatically be extended for an additional one year period from each anniversary, subject to the same terms, conditions and limitations as applicable to the Initial Term unless amended or terminated as provided herein (each such additional one year period a “Renewal Term”). For purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Term and all subsequent Renewal Terms shall be collectively referred to as the “Term” of the Agreement.

Term. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for term of five (5) years, unless terminated sooner as provided herein (the “Term”).

Notwithstanding any termination of the Employment Term or the Employee's employment, the Employee and the Company agree that [Sections 9 through 26] shall remain in effect until all parties' obligations and benefits are satisfied thereunder. For avoidance of doubt, Section 9 shall only survive the expiration of the Employment Term if a termination of employment occurs during the Employment Term.

Term. The Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall be employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement commencing as of the Effective Date and continuing until such employment is terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof (the “Term”). The Executive’s employment with the Company shall be “at will” meaning that the Executive’s employment may be terminated by the Company or the Executive at any time for any or no reason, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Term. This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and the license grants contained in Section 2 are perpetual, irrevocable and fully paid up.

Term. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will terminate on the effective date of termination by either the Employee or the Company in accordance with [Section 4.2] of this Agreement.
