Term. The term of the Employee's new employment agreement hereunder shall commence effective on May 4, 2017 and (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement) shall continue through June 30, 2017 and (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement) shall thereafter be automatically renewed for successive annual terms ending each June 30 unless either the Company or Employee gives notice of nonrenewal not less than 30 days prior to the end of the then current term (the "Employment Period").

Employment Term of Agreement. The Employment Term of this Agreement shall commence on September 8, 2016 and shall continue in effect for a period of twenty-four (24) months. Thereafter, the Agreement shall automatically be renewed for additional consecutive extension terms of twelve (12) months unless either party gives the other thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the then current term of that party’s intent to not renew the term.

This Agreement commences October 7, 2013 (“Effective Date”), and ends on October 6, 2017 (the “Employment Period”), and shall be automatically extended from year to year unless either Company or Employee gives written notice of non-renewal on or before July 1, 2017 (but not before June 1, 2017), or annually on or before July 1st thereafter (but no earlier than June 1st) that the Employment Period shall not be extended. The term “Employment Period” shall refer to the Employment Period if and as so extended.

Employee’s employment hereunder shall be for three twelve month periods (the “Initial Term”), to commence on July 1, 2017 and end thirty-six months from the date of this Agreement. Thereafter, the Company may elect to extend employment to Employee for one or more additional twelve-month periods (the “Subsequent Term”), commencing thirty-six months from the date hereof. A twelve-month period shall be deemed a Contract Year. For all compensation and benefit purposes, other than those specifically addressed herein, the Employee shall be deemed to have been continually employed with the Employer from July 1, 2017.
