Expenses. The Company will, in accordance with applicable Company policies and guidelines, reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive in connection with Executive’s performance of services on behalf of the Company during Executive’s employment with the Company, on terms no less favorable than for any other U.S. based executive officer of the Company. In addition, the Company will reimburse, promptly upon presentation of invoices, Executive’s fair and reasonable expenses for legal or other advisors incurred in the review and finalization of this Agreement and related documentation. Subject to the preceding, the reimbursement for all such expenses shall be paid pursuant to the Company’s policies and practices, following Executive’s submission of proper documentation for such expenses.
Expenses. The Company will pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder, subject to applicable Company policies as in effect from time to time.
Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him in connection with his employment and in accordance with the Company policy, which requires reasonable evidence of expenditure.
Business Expenses. The Company will promptly pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business-related expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder upon presentation of written documentation, subject, however, to the Company’s reasonable policies relating to business-related expenses as then in effect from time to time.
Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all ordinary and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Executive during the Term in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreement; provided that such expenses are incurred and accounted for by Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures established from time to time by the Company.
Business Expenses. The Company agrees to reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary travel, business entertainment and other business expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement in accordance with, and subject to, the Company’s standard policies and procedures. Such reimbursements shall be made by the Company on a timely basis upon submission by Executive of vouchers in accordance with the Company’s standard policies and procedures.
Reimbursement: Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses that Executive incurs during the Employment Period upon presentation of appropriate receipts and/or vouchers in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s expense reimbursement practices in effect from time to time.
#Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the Company’s business, provided that such expenses incurred and are properly documented and accounted for in accordance with the policy of the Company and requirements of the Internal Revenue Service.
Business Expenses. Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of his duties, which expenses will be subject to the oversight of the Chief Executive Officer, in the normal course of business and will be compliant with the applicable reimbursement policy of Company. It is understood that Executive is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses for promoting the business of Company, including reasonable expenditures for travel, lodging, meals and client or business associate entertainment. Request for reimbursement for such expenses must be accompanied by appropriate documentation.
Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive during the Term in performing services hereunder, in accordance with the policies and procedures then in effect and established by the Company for its U.S. executive officers.
