In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa and words importing a gender shall include all genders and the neuter;

For purposes of this Agreement, whenever the context requires: the singular number shall include the plural, and vice versa; the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders; the feminine gender shall include the masculine and neuter genders; and the neuter gender shall include the masculine and feminine genders.

Whenever the context of this Agreement requires, the singular shall include the plural and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and/or neuter.

In this Agreement, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, words importing one gender include every gender and references to a person include any public body and body corporate, unincorporated associations and partnership (whether or not having separate legal personality).

Unless elsewhere herein otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter genders.

Where appropriate, the singular number set forth in this Agreement shall be interpreted as the plural number, and the gender shall be interpreted as masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context dictates.

Words of any gender used in this Agreement shall be held and construed to include any other gender, and words in the singular number shall be held to include the plural, and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.
