Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election in writing by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election (or such later date or time as the Administrative Agent may otherwise agree). Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly (but no later than the close of business on the date of such request) by hand delivery, telecopy or electronic mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable.

Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.07], the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (confirmed by telecopy or electronic communication) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly (but no later than the close of business on the date of such request) by hand delivery, telecopy or electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the applicable Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if such Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or other electronic transmission to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request signed by the applicable Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall give irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone or delivery of an Interest Election Request; provided, that any telephonic notice must be confirmed immediately by delivery to the Administrative Agent of an Interest Election Request by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Revolving Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each written Interest Election Request shall specify the following information in compliance with [Section 2.02]:

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower Representative shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone or through Electronic System, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Administrative Agent, by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrowers were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, Electronic System or facsimile to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower Representative.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (other than a request pursuant to this Section with respect to a Borrowing denominated in a Permitted Foreign Currency, which request shall be made in writing (including by electronic transmission)) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, telecopy or other electronic transmission to the Administrative Agent of a written request (an “Interest Election Request”) in substantially the form of Exhibit C attached hereto and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the [[Borrower:Organization]] shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the [[Borrower:Organization]] were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy or email with PDF attachment to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the [[Borrower:Organization]].

To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.08, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election either in writing (by hand delivery, fax or email) in substantially the form of [Exhibit G] and signed by the Borrower or by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, fax or e-mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of [Exhibit G] and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall give notice (which notice may be given by telephone, to be confirmed in writing as set forth below) to the Administrative Agent of such election by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Revolving Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be made (or, in the case of any telephonic Interest Election Request, shall be confirmed promptly) by hand delivery or
