Transfer of Participant. For purposes of this Plan, the transfer of a participant among the Company and its Affiliates is deemed not to be a termination of employment.

For purposes of this Plan, a transfer of the employment of a Participant between the Company and any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, or between such Subsidiaries or Affiliates, shall not be deemed a termination of employment or adversely affect or enlarge the rights of any Participant under this Plan or with respect to any Award.
